What does the buying process look like?
Our goal is to make the LMS buying processes as simple and as transparent as possible. Most often you’ll receive a call from an AltusLMS team member after you’ve submit for additional about the AltusLMS or asked us to reply to an RFP your organization has recently published. In either case hearing from us shouldn’t be a surprise.
Our team will ask a series of question to learn more about you, your organization and its goals (or problems you’re solving) for a learning management system. As an example, for some organizations, it may just be about employee training and compliance, while for some organization perhaps you’re selling content and courses online. In either case we can help.
Depending if your organization is a profit or not-for-profit, we have on-boarding programs to help you get started. Our team will work with you to see if you qualify for a getting started program.
After we’ve completed our prospective customer questionnaire to ensure we’re a good fit for you and vice versa and qualifying your organization for a getting started program (if applicable) we’ll present you a proposal. Our proposals have an agreement term of between three and five years.
